Zara Uddin (she/her) is a medical student at Western University. She is passionate about improving mental health services for youth, especially in terms of the timeliness and effectiveness of care. Zara believes that nobody should have to suffer while on a waiting list, and envisions a system where quality mental health services are more immediately accessible. She loves cats, laughing at memes, and eating chocolatey desserts.
