Tristan Z (He/Him) is a Youth Advocate living in Grande Prairie, Alberta. He brings passionate ideologies to contribute better to the Mental Health and Substance Youth Comminity. He gazes into his future as an Advocate that Fights the Stigma Of Mental Health and Substance Use in his home country, Philippines. In his spare time, he lays on his bed Reading Stoic,Finance,Self Help and Spirituality Books, Learning the Guitar, Journaling, Meditating, Grounding, Workouts and Swimming.
