Laura Colford (she/her) is a youth advocate living in Nova Scotia. She is an undergraduate Health Promotion student at Dalhousie University. Laura's experiences with mental health and substance use growing up in her community largely inspire her passion for advocacy, and she believes in the value of youth perspectives in informing initiatives and policies involving mental health and substance use.
