Role of Technology in Integrated Youth Services


Today youth have a high level of comfort with technology and social media, and prefer online approaches to communication when seeking help. The current system of online information, services, and supports is not well-coordinated, has significant gaps, and can be confusing for young people and their families to navigate effectively.
