Bio 
Patricia De Leon (she/her) is a Filipinx leader, speaker, and passionate mental health advocate from Whitby, Ontario. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science from Carleton University and works full time as a mental health worker. Patricia seeks to de-stigmatize conversations surrounding mental illness and hopes to use her platform to educate others on the importance of emotional wellness. She is a firm believer that mental health services should be accessible, affordable, and accurate to the needs of the individual. In her free time, you can find her reading a new book, choreographing, or playing the violin!
