Never Too Late for a Family (NTL) is a program that works in partnership with the Adoption Council of Ontario which has as its mandate connection, education, support and, advocacy for all members of the adoption constellation. NTL promotes and facilitates permanency for young people who have aged out of the Child Welfare system.
