headspace Swan Hill is a confidential and free service where young people between the ages of 12 and 25 can access a range of youth oriented health services and support.
We provide a safe place for young people to access services such as General Practitioner, education and employment, mental health, and alcohol and other drugs support. We are also a great source of information and knowledge about issues that affect young people aged 12-25.
